Wedding Packages
I have viewed other Photographers prices, and tried to come
up with a way to be comparable and competitive. Most Photographers want to charge by the
hour. I don't see how this is possible. Your wedding day should not
be an event limited to hours, since it lasts all day and will be remembered for
the rest of your life. Most Photographers charge a certain dollar amount
for 4 hours of coverage, or for 8 hours coverage. Should
your wedding day be limited by time? I normally take between 300 and 600
photos with every package I offer. Most weddings take, from the time I
agree to be there until you and I are satisfied, 5 to 8 Hours.
I offer all day coverage, and provide you with a DVD
viewable slide show of all photos taken. Once the important shots that I
think are needed are taken, I will contact you and ask if you have any other
shots. I will not leave until you are satisfied. If your event will
take more than one day, let me know, I can do up to 1700 photos per day, but I
will require $200.00 per day outside of the main event day. (For example,
if you require shots at the rehearsal dinner, it would cost an additional
$200.00 for coverage of that event, plus travel.)
I will travel. If I travel over 1 hour from my
Marietta, Ohio location, I charge $50.00 per hour travel time. The same
fee will be expected for the return trip. (For example, if the wedding is
to be performed in Columbus Ohio, it takes me approximately 2 hours to get to
Columbus from Marietta. I would charge 2 hours travel for the round trip.
1 Hour up and 1 Hour back, for a total of $100.00 travel pay on top of the wedding
package.)
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book your wedding date. This
deposit will go towards the amount of your package. The
remainder of your package is due no later than the day of the wedding.
Travel pay is expected with the remainder of the package.
Approximately 8 weeks will be required for presentation of the proofs CD and/or the
DVD slide show of the wedding. Once you
view the proofs CD allow 2 weeks for delivery of photo proofs and or
enlargements, once chosen.
You may be able to find someone to take your wedding photos
at a lower rate, but I spend many hours after the wedding making sure every
photo is the best it can be. I don't just come to your wedding shoot
photos, and then present them to you. After the event is done, I will
spend an additional 40 to 80 hours editing your photos and making your DVD.
I remove blemishes, lighten or darken each photo, correct color, copy photos to
black and white, and make enhancements to give each photo the effect it deserves
to be included in your memories.
With every package there are normally a minimum of 300 to 600 photos
taken by one photographer. You could end up with a potential of 1000 photos with black and
whites and digital enhancements.
With two photographers, normally a minimum of 450 to 750 photos are
taken. With this option you could end up with 900 to 1500 photos with back
and whites and digital enhancements.
I can provide an additional
photographer, but need to know as soon as possible, if you want this option.
An additional photographer requires an additional $300 dollar fee on top of any package ordered.

Make sure no special moments
are missed.
Choose any package and I will provide an extra
photographer for an additional $300. This way if I am taking photos of the
groomsmen pinning on boutonnières, an additional photographer can be catching
those special moments of the bride and bridesmaids getting ready etc. We will
both work together to give additional shots of all events, so that no special
moments are missed. (This usually gives you an additional 200 to 400
photos.)
Wedding albums
may be purchased for $300.00 after the package fee. These albums will be
displayed with up to 250 photos of your choice from the CD of proofs.

A Non-Copyrighted CD for
large Prints
of all proofs (viewable on your computer may be
purchased for $350.00 per copy after any wedding package.) The CD will be
enclosed in a personalized case, with a cover that will be created from an image
from your wedding surroundings. With the purchase of this CD, a release letter
will be provided giving you the right to print any sized photos up to 20 X 30
inches.
An Additional Non-Copyrighted
Proof CD
of all proofs (viewable on your computer) may be
purchased for $200.00 per copy after any wedding package.) The Proof CD will be
enclosed in a personalized case, with a cover that will be created from an image
from your wedding surroundings. (These photos will only be printable for 4X6 format, but can be
printed at Wal-Mart or the processing establishment of your choice.) If
purchased before or on the day of the wedding, The cost would be $150.00). A
letter releasing copyright privileges will be provided to you.
A Hardback or Soft back
Published book of your Photos Publish
your photos in a hard back book for $300.00 (Limit of 250 photos). This can be
exchanged for the wedding album included in all packages. Additional copies can
be ordered, once your initial book is created. Prices for additional photo
books will normally be $150.00 per book.
DVD
Additional DVD's may be purchased for
$25.00 per DVD. (The DVD will be enclosed in a personalized case, with a cover
that will be created from an image from your wedding surroundings.
View your Wedding photos on
your own Web page
For an additional $25.00 I will post all of
your photos from your wedding on a web site, I will only make viewable for you.
This is a great way to show your photos to family members who live far away, and
may not see your photo album or CD of proofs for some time. I will keep these
posted for up to 3 months. After that time, I will give you warning that the
site will expire.
Just a note,
The cherished moments of your wedding day
will be photographed for you and your family to view for years to come. The
photos will include all traditional wedding shots along with every possible
candid shot. Your ideas for what you expect are of most importance. Hence, the
name, Strickly 4 U.
Most Wedding Photographers wish to limit
their prices to the time they spend taking your photographs. This is not the
case with us. We plan only one wedding per day and concentrate on you. The day
of your wedding is yours and we will spend whatever amount of time it takes to
make your photographs right for you. You are not just a job, but are the
purpose of generating a golden memory that will last for ages. Our goal is to
produce lasting memories through our photographs that you will cherish and share
with others throughout the years of your marriage.
The only way to capture your personality
and to give you the memories you deserve is to know you as a person. For these
reasons, a consultation should be scheduled prior to the wedding day. Ideas can
be discussed and our knowledge of one another will ease some of the wedding day
jitters. We wish you to feel as comfortable as possible during the photographic
process. After all it is the biggest day of your life. A questionnaire will be
sent via email or mail, (email is faster) which will help in our knowledge of
one another.
