Pre-Wedding Services:

***Initial two-hour consultation

***Outline wedding process for bridal couple

***Collaborate with bridal couple on all
wedding wants, needs, concerns and family dynamics

***Provide etiquette guidance
·
***Create timeline of events
·
***Create and maintain a detailed wedding
budget
·
***Create a wedding expense sheet
·
***Assist in selection of ceremony and
reception sites
·
***Provide vendor referrals (Three of each)
·
***Review contract of each vendor selected
·
***Create a calendar of vendor payments
·
***Follow- up with each vendor to make sure
everything is in order and on track
·
***Assist with selection of any rental items
·
***Assist with selection of stationery
·
***Assist with design and wording of save
the date cards, rehearsal dinner invitations, wedding
announcement, ceremony programs, wedding invitations, directions and thank you
notes
·
***Assemble, and send invitations,
(Invitations, addressing and postage is additional and paid
for by client)
·
***Handle RSVP’s and keep tally of guests
·
***Assist with menu creation and details of
rehearsal dinner
·
***Assist with menu creation and details of
reception
·
***Receive floor plan(s) or other layout
from reception site, or create plans for client, and assist
with seating arrangements
·
***Assist with music selection and play list
·
***Provide list of responsibilities to
family members and attendants
·
***Send vendors itinerary/timeline for
wedding day
·
***Attend ceremony rehearsal
·
***Fully execute all plans in a timely
manner
·
***One (1) hour per month in-person
consultation every month leading up to wedding to review
any event details, address concerns, provide etiquette
guidance or for any other reason. This is in addition to meeting with bridal
couple for vendor
meetings.

***Unlimited phone call and email exchange
·
***Be actively involved in all aspects of
planning and keep in communication with bridal couple
·
***Receive discounts on services whenever
available
DAY OF WEDDING SERVICES:
·
***Wedding day directing, including ceremony
and reception, unlimited time
·
***Direct vendors at ceremony and reception
sites and be their point on contact
·
***Deliver Bride and Groom’s wedding attire
to ceremony site
·
***Deliver Bride and Groom’s wedding attire
to reception site (if applicable)
·
***Pin flowers on Groom and attendants
·
***Distribute bouquets and corsages’ to
Bride, attendants and family members
·
***Assist Bride and bridal party at ceremony
site as needed
·
***Use of full bridal “Emergency Kit”
·
***Distribute tossing items to guests at
ceremony (if applicable)
·
***Load gifts into designated vehicle and
take to reception site
·
***Transport personal items of wedding party
to reception site and place in bridal suite or other designated room / location
·
***Set up photo’s , collages, guest book and
pen , disposable cameras, champagne flutes and /or
goblets, cake cutting utensils or any other keepsake
item(s) at reception site
·
***Arrange place cards as assigned
·
***Set up guest favors
·
***Bustle gown at reception site
·
***Assist guests with finding their place
cards, assigned table and gift table
·
***Prompt band / D.J. for Bride and Groom’s
arrival, first dances, cake cutting, special toats, bouquet and garter toss
·
***Box desired amount of wedding cake or top
tier only and give to designated person(s)
·
***Prepare bridal couples “to-go” meals
·
***Distribute vendors’ final payments and
gratuities
·
***Distribute send –off items to guests at
reception
·
***Arrange for all personal keepsake items
of Bride and Groom to be given to designated person
·
***Overall direction the entire day of your
wedding
·
***Handle any emergencies if they arise
PRICE:
$450.00
Please take
note of the following information:
·
***All vendor’s services are contracted
directly by the client
·
***25% of the total price is due at the time
of booking
·
***Booking fee is non-refundable
·
***The last payment is due 14 days prior to
event
·
***For your convenience, we accept credit
cards via PayPal at a 3% surcharge of your total price
·
***There will be a $25.00 charge assessed
for all returned checks
·
***There will be a $25.00 charge assessed
for any past due invoices
